Job summary

VolkerWessels UK is offering an early careers apprenticeship for general operatives across the south of the UK. This full-time role provides on-the-job learning while working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance.

Attendance at college blocks with overnight accommodation is required, with no prior experience needed. You'll gain hands-on site experience, practical skills, and structured training, combining work with study and paid training time during

• Willingness to attend college blocks for training.
• Commitment to completing Level 2 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with kerb laying, footway works and civils tasks.
• Learn site safety practices and follow procedures.
• Operate tools and equipment under supervision with training.
• Attend training blocks and apply learning on site.
• Represent VolkerWessels professionally on site.
