You will work with residents, contractors and stakeholders to overcome access challenges, coordinate maintenance programmes, and deliver visible improvements to local communities, with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate highway maintenance, drainage, gully cleansing, street cleansing and related programmes.
• Develop practical solutions to access and operational challenges affecting service delivery.
• Manage contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate traffic management, road space permits and temporary access arrangements.
• Use asset data to plan maintenance programmes and drive improvements.
• Build relationships with residents and community groups to support delivery.
• Monitor performance, report progress to senior management.
