Zusammenfassung

Pertemps TM is seeking a Highway Engineer to join our Northampton consultancy and support the design and delivery of highway and infrastructure projects. You will work as part of an experienced team across feasibility, planning, detailed design and construction, contributing to developments and major schemes valued in excess of £30 million.

The role offers a competitive salary (£35,000 - £50,000), plus 25 days leave, hybrid working and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in highway and infrastructure design within a consultancy.
• Solid understanding of development-led highway engineering projects.

Aufgaben

• Prepare highway and infrastructure designs for developments.
• Design estate roads, access arrangements, and junctions.
• Produce designs per local authority standards and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, specs and reports.
• Support highway submissions (Section 38/278).
• Undertake vehicle tracking analyses and design modelling.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, planning consultants and authorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and budget.
• Attend meetings and provide engineering advice.
