An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highly Specialised Physiologist to join the Neurophysiology team at a leading NHS Foundation Trust in London. This role involves providing a range of clinical neurophysiology services, engaging in training, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. The position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with both adult and pediatric services, contributing to the development of specialized investigations and patient care.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and enthusiastic Highly Specialised Physiologist to join our Neurophysiology team. We undertake a wide range of investigations across our adult and paediatric services, including EEG, Home-Video Telemetry, NCS, IOM, and Evoked Potentials.
We also have an active private patient service that offers additional hours.
The candidate will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
The cross-site Clinical Neurophysiology Departments are part of the Adult and Paediatric Neurosciences at Guy’s, St Thomas’s, and Evelina Children’s Hospital. They perform a wide range of investigations examining the central and peripheral nervous systems, including sleep EEGs, multi-modality evoked potentials, peripheral neurophysiology, and developing neuromuscular ultrasound services. Additional specialist services include paediatric video-telemetry and spinal cord monitoring.
