Job summary

Beyond Schools Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team and help learners progress. The HLTA will lead small group interventions, cover classes when needed, and provide targeted support to students with varying learning needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to enhance learning and outcomes, promote safeguarding, and contribute to a positive school environment.
