Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated SEN base in Longsight, Manchester for the full academic year. The role involves supporting pupils with diverse needs, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, and working closely with teachers and the SENCO.

Responsibilities

• Work within the school's dedicated SEN base
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Longsight, Manchester, working within their dedicated SEN base for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA or highly skilled Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is confident taking on responsibility within a specialist provision.

The Role:

• Working within the school's dedicated SEN base
• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group support
• Supporting learning, communication, behaviour and emotional development
• Leading learning activities and interventions where appropriate
