Joseph Norton Academy, part of the Wellspring Academy Trust, seeks an HLTA to support pupils with SEMH needs and lead enrichment activities. You will work under a teacher to enhance academic and personal development across the school day.
Ideal applicants will have school experience, GCSEs in Maths/English, and a Level 3 qualification with a plan to pursue Level 4. Driving and resilience are valued in our supportive, values-led team.
Location: Busker Lane, Scissett, Huddersfield until we move to our brand New School in Deighton.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant HLTA you will be supporting outstanding progress in learning. You will make connections, develop relationships and lead our pupils on the path to a bright future.
