Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Esher, Surrey, to join a welcoming primary school from an immediate start. The role is full-time and may involve covering classes to ensure continuity of learning in a well-structured environment.

Pay Range: £110 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

ANZUK Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Esher seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from an immediate start. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support across the school while also covering classes when required, ensuring continuity of learning in a well-structured environment.

The school is known for its strong leadership and supportive staff culture, creating an environment where HLTAs are valued and trusted to take on additional responsibilities.

This HLTA role in Esher would suit experienced Teaching Assistants or existing HLTAs who are confident delivering lessons and stepping into the classroom when needed.

Key Responsibilities of HLTA

• Support teaching and learning across the primary phase.

• Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and engagement.
