Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking a capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across Bexley, including KS1 and KS2 classes.

This role offers flexible assignments and the opportunity to take on greater classroom responsibilities under teacher direction. You will deliver planned lessons, provide short-term cover, and lead targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics.

Qualifikationen

• HLTA status or substantial experience leading classroom activities.
• Experience supporting KS1 or KS2 pupils.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Confidence delivering pre-planned learning activities independently.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Bexley

Location: Bexley, Welling, Sidcup, Crayford and Erith
Pay: 110- 140 per day, depending on experience and responsibilities
Hours: Typically 8:15am-3:45pm
Contract: Daily Supply / Part-Time / Long-Term
