The Black Country Federation is seeking an experienced, adaptable and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our federation team to provide high-quality planned cover and flexible cover across two schools in Dudley.

The post is essential for continuity of learning, maintaining routines and expectations, and supporting pupils as staffing needs change. It is subject to safeguarding checks and a right to work in the UK.

Job description

The Black Country Federation is looking for an experienced, adaptable and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our federation team.

This is an important role in helping us provide strong continuity for children across both schools. The successful candidate will provide high-quality planned cover as well as flexible cover when staffing needs change, ensuring pupils continue to learn well and that routines and expectations remain consistent.
