The school are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a long‑term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role will be full time, working Monday‑Friday within class.

Key responsibilities will be;

• Supporting the class teacher
• Supporting students with Autism and Learning Difficulties
• Managing behaviours
• Working with small groups and 1:1
• Leading lessons for Teachers PPA time

The Chosen candidate will;

• Have the relevant degree or TA qualification
• Have experience working with children / young people
• Understand various SEN needs
• Has a sound working knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Can effectively build relationships with children quickly.
