Job summary

Redhill Primary School, part of the Shaw Education Trust family, seeks a part-time HLTA to support learning across classes and during teacher absences. The role includes preparation, planning, and delivering learning, plus targeted support for individuals and small groups.

Job description

A part-time HLTA post at Redhill Primary School, a newly built one-form entry cooperative primary, supporting teachers in and out of the classroom. The 13-hour weekly role runs term-time, 38 weeks plus five INSET days, within the Shaw Education Trust family of schools. Duties cover classroom preparation, planning and delivering learning, small-group and individual support, and teaching classes unassisted when teachers are absent. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post starts on 16 October 2026.
