Job summary

Educators is seeking a Childcare, Playwork, Learning & Development Assessor (CCPLD) to support learners on a Higher Apprenticeship. You will deliver engaging training, assess learner competence and monitor progress to ensure timely achievement within a 12-month maternity cover.

You will manage your own caseload, deliver sessions, provide feedback and keep employers involved throughout the learner journey while maintaining safeguarding and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, assessments, workshops and centre-based activities.
• Manage caseload and record learner progress using ACT systems.
• Plan and deliver learning using a range of approaches, including digital learning.
• Develop and review learning plans, inductions and learner reviews.
• Assess coursework and workplace evidence in line with awarding organisation requirements.
• Build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.
