Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a high-volume school kitchen at Graham School. You will manage a team, plan menus, and ensure smooth service delivering fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students with a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, food safety, and strong client relationships, with daytime hours and term-time working weeks. A proactive approach and commitment to high standards are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering environments.
• Proven ability to cook fresh, seasonal food at high volumes.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
