Job summary

Goldstar Leisure Limited is seeking an eCommerce Listings & Data Operations Specialist to own product listings across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

The role is hands-on with a focus on data quality, bulk uploads, and collaboration with Operations and Product teams to streamline listing workflows and support launches. AI tools usage is encouraged to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an ecommerce or listing role.
• Experience listing on Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or eBay.
• Familiar with bulk uploads and CSV/feed prep.
• Understanding of product data requirements: titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery.
• Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with high data volumes.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain high volumes of product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
• Upload products using bulk templates, CSV/files, and platform import tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with platform requirements.
• Maintain product information in internal systems and sync with live platforms.
• Prepare and schedule listing updates for product launches and promotions.
• Audit live listings and fix errors or policy issues.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to improve workflows.
