Job summary

Alexander Faraday Recruitment are seeking a Breakfast Chef for a well-established hotel in Windsor. You will lead a busy breakfast service, working with a predominantly buffet setup while preparing individual dishes when required.

Expect 40 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts starting around 5:30am–6:00am and finishing early afternoon. Applicants must have right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work early starts and long/ busy breakfast shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume breakfast service with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Assist with lunch/dinner prep when breakfast completes.
• Support other areas of the kitchen as required to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain basic kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
