Job summary

The Alexander Hotel Collection is seeking a Breakfast Chef at Barnett Hill Hotel near Guildford. You will prepare cold items for the breakfast buffet and hot dishes to order for guests, working 37.5 hours weekly from 6.00am to 2.00pm in a 4-star setting.

Qualifications

• Experience of preparing a range of breakfast dishes within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Be a methodical and organised worker to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly.
• Be a reliable 'early bird' with a smile!

Responsibilities

• Preparing cold food items for the breakfast buffet and hot items to order.
• Complete advance preparation for the next breakfast service.
• Cleaning down your section at the end of your shift.
• Handover requirements to the Chef for the next shift.
• Work 5 days including weekends from 6:00am to 2:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
