Job summary

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a Stewardship Coordinator to deliver high-quality stewardship and engagement activities that deepen relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations.

This role is hybrid from our London office (E1) with travel as needed. You will work within Crisis' Philanthropy & Development team and support planning, reporting and data-driven decision making to maximise impact and donor experience while aligning with our

Qualifications

  • You're highly organised and enjoy coordinating multiple projects, workstreams or communications activities, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You have experience working in fundraising, supporter engagement, customer service or another relationship-focused environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.
  • You're a confident communicator who can produce clear, accurate and engaging written content for a range of audiences.
  • You are comfortable working with databases and systems, maintaining high-quality records and using data to support planning, delivery and reporting.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while also taking ownership of your own work.
  • You're proactive, solutions-focused and able to anticipate needs, identify priorities and support others effectively.
  • Above all, you're motivated by Crisis' mission and values and want to play your part in ending homelessness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality stewardship and engagement activity to build strong relationships with high-value donors, trusts, foundations and other supporters.
  • Coordinate multiple stewardship projects and communications to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.
  • Support planning, reporting and data-driven decisions to optimise donor engagement strategies.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Crisis' Philanthropy & Development team at a pivotal time, helping to create outstanding experiences for some of our most committed supporters. As Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality stewardship and engagement activity that builds strong relationships with high-value donors, trusts, foundations and other supporters whose generosity helps power Crisis' mission to end homelessness.
