Iwoca Ltd is seeking an experienced Collections & Recoveries Specialist to manage complex high-value overdue accounts. This role involves handling delegated accounts from start to resolution, focusing on negotiated settlements or litigation, within a hybrid working environment based in Leeds.

Formación

• End-to-end hands-on experience of debt recovery through the UK courts.
• At least 2 years of debt recovery and/or insolvency experience.
• Sound commercial judgement for managing high-value accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-value accounts with balances up to £1m.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements with customers.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounts.
