Job summary

Spectrum Control seeks a Reliability Analysis and Testing professional in the United Kingdom to develop and execute reliability test plans for high-temperature electronic hybrids. You will perform ALT/HALT tests, analyze failure modes, and identify improvements to increase product robustness.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure hybrids are designed for reliability from spec through production and to communicate findings to stakeholders with reliability

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of reliability testing methodologies (ALT/HALT)
• Experience with DFMEA and design-for-reliability practices
• Ability to analyse data and present findings to stakeholders
• Familiarity with Arrhenius and Weibull models for life predictions

Responsibilities
