Job summary

API Microwave is seeking a Reliability Analyst to develop and execute reliability test plans for high-temperature electronic hybrids. You will conduct stress testing, life testing, and failure mode analyses to improve robustness across the product line.

Responsibilities include ALT/HALT testing, reliability modelling (Arrhenius/Weibull), DFMEA collaboration, and delivering clear reports for senior leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability testing for electronic hybrids and high-temperature environments.
• Ability to perform life testing, stress analysis and failure mode analysis.
• Familiarity with reliability prediction models (Arrhenius, Weibull) and ALT/HALT testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans for high-temperature electronic hybrids.
• Identify failure mechanisms and propose design improvements.
• Collaborate with design teams through DFMEA and product development reviews.
• Conduct ALT/HALT to predict product lifespan and robustness.
• Analyse test data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
