TEC Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Test & Diagnostics Engineer to join a high reliability electronics environment in the UK. You will work on test systems, fault finding, and production support for complex electronic products used in critical applications.

The role blends hands-on testing with test-system development, requires calibration and quality control knowledge, and offers flexible working arrangements plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HND or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in electronic test, production, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong electronic fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and similar test equipment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Understanding of calibration and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain electronic test systems and diagnostic solutions.
• Convert customer and internal specifications into practical test solutions.
• Program and support production test systems.
• Diagnose faults on products and test equipment down to component level.
• Provide hands-on support to production during technical issues.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve product and test challenges.
• Support and mentor technicians and junior engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation for test and repair processes.
• Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
