Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a qualified Reliability Engineer to lead testing for high-temperature electronic hybrids. You will design and execute reliability plans, perform accelerated life testing, and report findings to stakeholders.

Role requires DFMEA experience, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate across design, manufacturing, and QA teams to improve product reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability testing for high-temperature electronics.
• Knowledge of DFMEA processes in electronics design.
• Ability to analyze ALT/HALT data and predict lifetimes.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans for high-temperature electronic hybrids.
• Conduct stress tests, life testing, and failure mode analyses.
• Perform ALT and HALT to predict product lifespan and robustness.
• Identify failure mechanisms and propose design improvements.
• Develop reports and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
