Job summary

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is hiring a Case Manager to support high-risk perpetrators within a multi-agency framework. You will work one-to-one, disrupt harmful behaviours and design coordinated intervention plans to reduce risk and protect service users.

You will collaborate with local agencies, review risk, and develop safety plans in partnership with IDVA services, aiming for meaningful behavioural change within a typically up to 12‑month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with clients on domestic abuse and providing one-to-one support.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a range of people over the telephone and in person.
• Flexible, evenings, able to travel independently; trauma‑informed practices awareness.

Responsibilities

• Case Manager will work one-to-one with high-risk perpetrators to pro-actively engage and influence behaviour.
• Disrupt, divert and directly change behaviour within a multi-agency framework.
• Work with local agencies to design a coordinated intervention plan addressing identified needs and risks.
• Throughout intervention, review risk and develop safety plans with IDVA service to improve outcomes.
