SALARY: £31,295 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid role based in Woking, Surrey, with face-to-face and remote work and extensive travel throughout Surrey
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday, some weekends/evening work may be required
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Domestic Abuse Case Manager to work within a high-impact domestic abuse service delivering behaviour change and safeguarding interventions.
As a Domestic Abuse Case Manager you will engage high-risk perpetrators using motivational interviewing, risk management and structured case management to reduce reoffending and improve victim safety.
The Domestic Abuse Case Manager will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including safeguarding, housing, health and criminal justice services to coordinate effective intervention plans, manage complex caseloads and support long-term behaviour change outcomes.
