Job summary

Qualifications

• Adhere to defined cGMP procedures in drug manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation and batch records.
• Operate within ESH standards and 5S housekeeping.
• Collaborate in a team while capable of working independently.
• Record information accurately for batch records and SOPs.
• Demonstrate risk management awareness and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/API products to GMP standards.
• Work efficiently to meet planned production schedules.
• Maintain organised documentation and update PI Sheets and SOPs.
• Ensure suites remain audit-ready by upholding ESH practices.
• Intervene when deviations occur and assist with risk escalation.
• Contribute to a cooperative, adaptable team environment.
