Piramal Pharma Solutions, a CDMO with global capabilities, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Grangemouth, UK. The role focuses on manufacturing high potency ADC/APIs in compliance with cGMP, maintaining rigorous documentation, and monitoring stock and SAP inventory.

You will work within a team, while also operating autonomously to keep production on schedule. The position emphasizes ESH standards, 5S housekeeping, and the ability to escalate deviations using established risk-management

Manufacturing Technician Job Description

Adhere to defined cGMP procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/APIs in support of launched products and clinical trial programmes. Proactive approach to suite readiness, structured monitoring, line clearance, BOM/stock levels, sample control and SAP inventory. Complete GMP documentation accurately

Maintain high ESH standards, carrying out all work in accordance with appropriate ESH systems. Adhere to 5s and housekeeping standards so that suites are audit ready at all times.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Execute defined procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/ API's product in support of launched products and clinical trial programmed to GMP standards.
• Working effectively in an organized manner in order to adhere to the planned schedule
• Contribute effectively to a team working environment but also have the ability and confidence to work on an individual basis within the production team.
• Accurately recording information required for batch records
• Updating and reviewing plant documentation, from PI Sheets to SOP'S.
• Maintain high ESH Standards, carrying out all work in accordance with appropriate EHS systems.
• Have a working knowledge of risk management systems and procedures enabling escalation of deviation as appropriate.
• Demonstrate flexibility, self-control, and interpersonal awareness within the team environment.
