QED Legal Recruitment Limited is supporting a leading international professional services employer in Cheshire/South Manchester to recruit a Probate Executive for high-net-worth estates. The role offers hybrid and flexible working with an emphasis on delivering exceptional client service.

You will handle a varied caseload, liaising with beneficiaries and professionals, and develop specialist expertise within high-net-worth probate as part of a large esteemed team.

Competenze

• Requirements: Previous experience handling probate and estate administration matters.
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational, communication and client relationship skills.
• An interest in developing specialist expertise within high-net-worth probate.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a large team.

Mansioni

• Managing probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion.
• Dealing with complex and high-value estates.
• Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
• Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, financial institutions and other professional advisers.
• Preparing estate accounts and handling inheritance tax-related administration.
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering an excellent standard of client service.
