Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid Working – Knutsford – High Value Estates Probate Solicitor | Private Client Solicitor | Estate Administration | Trusts | Hybrid Working | Knutsford

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Probate Solicitor or Private Client Solicitor to join the core leadership team of a very well-regarded first-class global employer.

This role offers a genuinely different environment from a traditional law firm, with a strong focus on quality legal work, employee wellbeing and long-term career development and no time recording.

The successful candidate will join a specialist Probate and Estate Administration team currently consisting of around 85 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Playing a key role in the core leadership team of the firm.
• Probate matters, Estate administration, Trust administration, High-value estates, Escrow arrangements, Private Client matters

This position is ideal for a Probate Solicitor, Private Client Solicitor or experienced Probate Lawyer looking to focus on high-quality legal work without the pressures of business development or billing targets commonly found in private practice firms.

The business generates all of its own work and provides established caseloads for fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing probate and estate administration files from instruction through to completion
• Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Handling high-value and complex estates
• Managing trust administration matters
• Providing exceptional client care and technical legal advice
• Working collaboratively within a specialist legal team
