Qualifikationen

• Deliver High Intensity CBT to adults with mild to moderate problems under BABCP supervision.
• Hold a reduced caseload, assess, treat and discharge with autonomy within guidelines.
• Carry out risk assessment and intervention for those seeking treatment.
• Attend the Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and apply learning in live practice.
• Communicate assessment, formulation and treatment plans clearly and evaluate progress.
• Work in a team to deliver person-centred care and liaise with the wider network.
• Maintain high-standard clinical records and complete data entry and reporting.
• Contribute to audit, research and service development projects.
• Maintain professional membership, CPD and reflective practice.
• Work flexibly across bases and clinical hours and complete safeguarding training.
