The post involves assessing and treating gambling harms, delivering high‑intensity CBT and Motivational Interviewing, and offering supervision and consultation within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Fully BABCP accredited.
• Experience delivering high-intensity CBT in NHS, social care or private sector.
• Experience with gambling-related mental health presentations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat gambling harms and co-occurring needs, and maintain records.
• Provide high-intensity, evidence-based psychological interventions (CBT and MI).
• Provide consultation, liaison, and supervision to other professionals.
• Undertake clinical audit and service evaluation activities.
• Promote knowledge in gambling treatment and support research projects where appropriate.
