Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a High Intensity CBT Therapist (Band 7) to join the North Cumbria Talking Therapies Service. The role offers a mix of face-to-face and remote working with a focus on evidence-based CBT for anxiety and depression.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a psychological therapy practitioner in NHS talking therapies.
• Experience delivering high intensity CBT within a mental health setting.
• Ability to meet service targets and manage a caseload with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high intensity CBT interventions for anxiety and depression.
• Conduct triage assessments and deliver evidence-based therapies.
• Maintain supervision and develop core CBT skills within the NHS Talking Therapies pathway.
