Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a High Intensity CBT Therapist or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our expanding East of England Gambling Service. The post offers a flexible base with remote working across the region and some evening work.

The role involves delivering NICE-guideline-based psychological therapy for gambling harms, plus assessment, supervision, and service development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Fully or provisionally BABCP accredited
• Experience in IAPT or primary care setting
• Knowledge of gambling harms and NICE guidelines
• Excellent communication and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological therapy for gambling harms per NICE guidelines
• Deliver high-intensity CBT and MI for diverse needs
• Provide consultation and supervision to other professionals
• Undertake clinical audit and service evaluation activities
• Develop best-practice knowledge and support research initiatives
