Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries while proactively contacting customers.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service at all times.
• Process orders efficiently and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across the product range.
• Maintain CRM records, customer notes and sales activity logs.
• Support the wider sales team with quotations, follow-ups and general administrative tasks.
