DPD Group UK is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations team. You will lead a fast-paced operation, drive performance against CAD, throughput, saturation and parcels-per-hour targets, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

You will manage a high-performing team, demonstrate strong communication, decision making and time management, and ensure reporting and data analysis underpin daily decisions.
