Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd in Halesowen is seeking an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printer to operate an 8-colour CI flexographic press and maintain tight quality standards.

You will load materials, monitor colour and registration, perform routine checks, and work with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to minimise downtime and waste; a mixed shift pattern is required.

The role offers full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate of £15.60–£18.40, based in the West Midlands region.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an 8-colour CI flexographic press.
• Knowledge of wide-web flexographic printing processes.
• Strong colour management and registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate an 8-colour CI flexographic press.
• Load and prepare materials for production.
• Maintain colour, registration and print quality.
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production.
• Make adjustments to maintain print standards.
• Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshoot downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Follow health & safety, housekeeping and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Ensure production schedules and customer specs are met.
