Job summary

Kairos Recruitment client in Derby is seeking a skilled Wide Web Flexographic Printer to join the team on a 12-hour shift pattern (6-6), covering days and nights with a roughly 40-hour week. The role requires experience running a flexo press and delivering high-quality print.

You will work with the production team to optimise speed, maintain safety standards, and record production data, ensuring waste is minimised and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven history as a highly skilled Flexographic Printer.
• Experience running a press (preferably Comexi).
• Drive to produce print of the highest quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise production efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Operate the wide web flexographic press to meet job specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping and a clean, safe work environment.
• Record production data accurately and monitor print quality.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
