Job summary

Pure Staff Ltd is recruiting a Flexographic Printing Operative for a temporary role in Pershore, Worcestershire. The job involves setting up and running wide web flexographic presses, printing up to 8 colours on flexible substrates and paper.

The role requires 3–5 years of flexographic printing experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance. Pay is £15–£18 per hour, with 48 hours per week across 4 days and shift options from 06:30–18:30 or 18:30–06:30.

Qualifications

• Previous flexographic printing experience, minimum 3–5 years.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and printing high-quality designs up to 8 colours onto flexible plastic substrates and paper.
• Maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy and productivity to ensure efficient day-to-day running of wide web flexographic presses.
• Following troubleshooting procedures and escalating maintenance issues where required.
• Taking a proactive approach to machine performance and observing processes to identify issues.
