Oak Furnitureland is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to join our showroom network. You will inspire customers with expert knowledge across our broad furniture range and deliver an exceptional, consultative shopping experience.

Working in a full-time role, you will follow our sales model, aim for top KPIs, and collaborate with managers to maintain a welcoming showroom environment while promoting our exclusive discounts and perks.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer-facing experience in retail sales.
• Knowledge of sales models and processes.
• Strong questioning, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience in high-performing teams and achieving KPIs.
• Awareness of customer experience metrics (NPS, Trust Pilot).
• Understanding furniture industry and Oak Furnitureland USPs.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer experience using expert product knowledge.
• Follow the Retail Sales Model to recommend purchases based on customer needs.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction scores and repeat business.
• Hit personal sales and KPI targets with the showroom team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and other teams to maintain a compliant showroom.
• Use Oak Furnitureland systems to process customer information compliantly.
