• Proven experience as an HGV Workshop Controller in a commercial vehicle environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience with workshop management systems and processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and manage the workshop team.
• Prioritise and plan vehicle repairs and servicing schedules.
• Ensure work quality complies with company standards and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments.
• Manage workshop resources, including timesheets, parts ordering, and workflow organisation.
• Monitor and improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
