Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for planning, controlling, and ensuring the overall performance of the workshop.
• Manage, lead, and organise the workshop team along with associated resources.
• Identify and address training needs for the workshop team to enhance skills and performance.
• Possesses technical knowledge acquired through qualifications or hands-on experience.
• Familiar with and understands compliance requirements associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles.
