Volvo Group is seeking a skilled HGV technician to perform MOT inspections, fault finding, and repairs on engines, gearboxes, brakes and suspension, ensuring work adheres to Volvo procedures. You will support trainees and contribute to high-quality service for a wide range of trucks.
The role requires Level 3 NVQ in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent and prior HGV experience or apprenticeship. You may be involved in road tests and roadside breakdown support as needed.
Salary: Competitive + OVERTIME + BONUS + PLUS £1000 SIGNING ON BONUS (£500 after 6 months + £500 after completion of 1 year service)
Shift Pattern:
Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm
