Job summary

SUEZ UK is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to service and repair our fleet to high safety and performance standards in Bracknell. You will diagnose faults, perform mechanical repairs and ensure DVSA compliance while maintaining accurate maintenance records.

You will work with an experienced team in a well-organised workshop, with a Monday to Friday pattern and ongoing training to support your career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV driving licence.
• A Basic DBS check will form part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing, maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnostics and fault finding on HGVs and articulated vehicles.
• Mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensuring all vehicles remain compliant with DVSA and company standards.
• Accurate completion of job cards and maintenance records.
