Job summary

SUEZ recycling and recovery UK is seeking a dedicated fleet technician to maintain our large fleet of over 1,500 vehicles across multiple locations. Your day‑to‑day will involve carrying out service, maintenance and repair of all types of vehicles and equipment, diagnosing faults and preparing for MOTs.

You will work in a safety‑conscious environment, adhering to Health & Safety regulations. Applicants should have proven vehicle repair experience; HGV licences are an advantage but not essential,

Qualifications

• Proven experience and knowledge of repairing and maintaining vehicles.
• Inspection training/IRTEC accreditation advantageous.
• Able to inspect vehicles to DVSA standards and above.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and repair of all types of vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify faults.
• Prepare and carry out MOT.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to.
