Tru Talent is seeking an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic in Maidstone to service, repair and diagnose faults on heavy commercial vehicles. You will work to manufacturer and DVSA standards in a busy workshop, with a 42.5-hour week and alternate early/late shifts.

A full UK driving licence and Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification are required. Expected duties include MOT preparation, accurate job cards, and maintaining health and safety standards while using modern diagnostic

Formación

• Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance is required.
• Proven experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability and ability to complete repairs to a high standard.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on HGVs
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Complete MOT preparation and inspections to DVSA standards
• Maintain and repair heavy commercial vehicles to a high standard
• Complete accurate job cards and repair documentation
• Work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards
