This is a genuine high-earning opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician.
You will work a 56-hour week, with your first 40 hours paid at your standard hourly rate and ALL hours worked over 40 hours paid at time and a half.
That means 16 hours of overtime every single week.
For example, at £20 per hour:
40 hours @ £20 = £800
16 hours @ £30 = £480
Total = £1,280 per week before tax
That’s £66,560 per year before tax, based on 52 weeks and excluding any additional payments or variations.

We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Engineer / Truck Engineer / LGV Technician to join a large commercial vehicle fleet operation in Canterbury.
The business operates approximately 480 trucks and 130 fridge trailers, including DAF, Volvo and MAN vehicles.
You will be responsible for keeping the fleet maintained, safe and roadworthy, carrying out:
HGV servicing and maintenance
Mechanical repairs
Fault finding and diagnostics
Preventative and reactive maintenance
Vehicle inspections
Brake, suspension and steering repairs
Engine and drivetrain repairs
Trailer maintenance
Fridge trailer maintenance
General commercial vehicle repairs
Workshop-based HGV engineering
Experience with DAF, Volvo or MAN would be advantageous, along with experience working on:
