Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician (HGV) to join a well-known dealership. You will service and repair trucks and vans, diagnose faults and perform MOT preparation in a professional workshop.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance, a full UK driving license, and brand-certified HGV qualifications. A shift rota is included and overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance.
• Experience working on/diagnosing commercial trucks and vans.
• Full, valid UK Driving Licence.
• Brand certified HGV Technician qualifications.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial trucks and vans.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete MOT preparation, safety checks, and defect repairs.
• Accurately complete job cards, service records, and warranty documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities
