Job summary

AutoSkills United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HGV Technician in Doncaster to join a permanent night-shift role with strong earning potential.

You will service, maintain and repair HGVs and trailers, diagnose faults, and carry out component replacements, with overtime earning potential within a commercial vehicle maintenance operation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent; proven HGV Technician experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair HGVs and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Carry out repairs, welding and component replacement.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and DVSA inspections.
