Notion4 Ltd in Wennington is seeking an HGV Tanker Drainage Engineer to operate tanker vehicles for drainage maintenance, sewer cleansing, septic emptying, and waste-water removal across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You will respond to emergencies, use high-pressure jetting and vacuum equipment, and participate in out-of-hours rotas.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 license.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience operating tanker, vacuum, or jetting equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate and maintain HGV tanker vehicles and equipment.
• Carry out drainage cleaning, jetting, desilting, and tanker operations.
• Empty septic tanks, cesspits, interceptors, and pumping stations.
• Remove liquid waste and transport it to approved disposal facilities.

HGV Tanker Drainage Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated HGV Tanker Drainage Engineer to join our drainage operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating HGV tanker vehicles to carry out drainage maintenance, sewer cleansing, septic tank emptying, waste-water removal, flood response, and emergency drainage works for commercial, industrial, and domestic customers. The role requires a strong commitment to health and safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain HGV tanker vehicles and associated equipment.
• Carry out drainage cleaning, jetting, desilting, and tanker operations.
• Empty septic tanks, cesspits, interceptors, and pumping stations.
• Remove liquid waste and transport it to approved disposal facilities.
• Respond to emergency drainage call-outs and flooding incidents.
• Use high-pressure water jetting and vacuum equipment safely and effectively.
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rotas when required.

Essential Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.

Desirable Qualifications

• High Pressure Water Jetting Association (WJA) certification.
