Notion4 Ltd in Gravesend is seeking an HGV Drainage Engineer to work night shifts, supporting Reactive and Remedials Teams with vacuum tanker operations across various sites. The role is a 50-hour week with a basic salary of £44,000–£48,000 and OTE around £65,000.

You will carry out descaling, line cleaning, root cutting, empty grease traps, and assist with CCTV/drainage surveys, fault finding, and practical solutions for client needs, including pump station work and waste disposal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out descale works for below ground drainage, line cleaning, root cutting, and confined space entry works
• Emptying of external grease traps
• Extensive tanker extraction works to Foul and Surface water systems/ Pump stations/ Petrol Interceptors/ Flooding issues on sites, Soakaways, Septic tanks
• Working alongside CCTV & Drainage teams supporting and facilitating Surveys, inspections and detailed investigation work which will involve fault finding and providing practical solutions to support the client's needs
• Generally supporting drainage teams with clearance and blockage works should emergencies arise
• Supporting pumps teams with Foul/Surface water pump station works
• Ensure correct tipping and waste disposal procedures are followed and adhered to

The main purpose of this HGV Reactive Tanker Drainage Engineer role is to support the Reactive and Remedials Teams operating the Vacuum tanker and attending various sites.
